In this episode, I chat with Jen Plachinski, a Sound Healer & Reiki Practitioner. I brought Jen on the show to discuss sound healing - using frequencies to heal our body-mind-soul. I'm completely fascinated by this topic, and while I haven't had a chance (yet!) to experience it, I am blown away by the concept.
Sound healing seems at first glance to be very "out there" or "woo-woo" but the more you dig into what's actually happening, you'll realize there is quite a bit of science behind it all. After all, everything is made of vibration and what is sound? Vibration!
