As you know by now, Alexandra is super passionate about all things birth and womens rights particularly within the birthing system & in her profession as a Doula. So in this episode she wanted to share how she is personally navigating her considered "High Risk' second pregnancy, after the cesearean birth of Master J in 2021.
In this check in she shares her birth choices and what she will be doing differently, why and how she chose her doula, what you actually need for a home birth and how she's navigating pregnancy with a toddler!
