You’re about to listen to the 100th episode of Wisdom for Wellbeing! It feels perfectly suited that we’ll be talking about the research evidence of yoga, what conditions are benefited from yoga, what styles are best, and when folks should actually avoid yoga.

We'll be covering:

  • Understand different styles of yoga and the benefits of these
  • Consider what yoga practice suits different health concerns
  • The power of breathing practices
  • How you can use yoga philosophy as a health practice
  • Considerations of the risk/safety of yoga

A bit more about today's guest:
