Most people who underwent VSG are typically concerned about keeping their image as fit as possible and choosing which healthy diet to try. But there is one critical factor that is usually neglected by post-operatives: mental health. Sammi and Bre talk about their most depressing phases after undergoing VSG, from dealing with rapidly changing hormones, the constant feeling of hunger, and the overall dissatisfaction with their current look. They underline the importance of reaching out to others to battle this peculiar battle, from seeking medical help to asking for support from your friends and communities.
