We discuss that the main difference between these disciplines lies in their roots. On the one hand, Carl Jung's methods depend on the conscious side of life or the physical side of reality, where the intellect reigns supreme. On the other hand, indigenous healers have built their disciplines and methods using the very framework of the unconscious or the spiritual/energetic aspects of reality.
