Today, Mike and Helena welcome Chelsea Totah, Ayurvedic Practitioner and Holistic Health Coach, as our Expert-in-residence. Chelsea will help us prepare for coming out of winter hibernation and preparing ourselves for the newness (and transformations) of spring. Today we focus on cultivating our mental sanctuary as we dive into the topic of "Spring Cleaning for the Mind."

Chelsea is an Ayurvedic Practitioner & Health Coach, who supports busy professionals interested in taking a holistic approach to their health. Through personalized 1:1 sessions, Chelsea delves deep into the root causes of health imbalances, crafting tailored treatment plans that blend diet/nutrition, lifestyle, and herbal remedies. Her methodology seamlessly intertwines ancient wisdom with contemporary evidence-based research, bridging Ayurveda, allopathic medicine, psychology, yoga, and more.

Chelsea's journey into holistic health was ignited by her own experience with an autoimmune disease, sparking a quest to understand the intricate interplay of lifestyle, nutrition, and stress on her well-being. After years in the corporate world, she followed her heart's calling, embarking on a transformative path that led her to deepen her yoga practice and delve into the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda.
