In this episode I explore how to dissolve stress in the present moment with mindfulness. We can learn how to let go of stress by inviting ourselves into the present moment by giving our full attention to the now. Most of the time, the now if perfectly fine, it is rather the stories we make up about yesterday and tomorrow that keep us trapped in the illusion of our own thoughts. I will discuss practical ways we can break free of this trace with mindfulness. Following the talk there will be a guided meditation.
