This episode, I talk about the word “foreign” or being foreign, how it can make us feel, how we might have attached certain meaning to it, and how it can also be used as a powerful tool to guide us into who we are if we shift our perspective about it. I also talk about how “foreign” ended up being part of the title of this podcast!
I share my own story about how I had to shift my own perspective about the word “foreign” and how it helped me feel better about who I am and how I show up with my family and in my community.
