Today, I sit down (and breathe) with Tim Thomas, an Australian Special Forces veteran who turned years of military discipline, physical resilience, and personal struggle into one of the most effective sleep systems in the world. Mr. Thomas shares how his journey through dyslexia, intense training, and PTSD led him to discover the natural power of breathwork. After years of relying on medication to sleep, he found a way to heal his body and mind through controlled breathing—restoring both peace and performance.

In this episode, Mr. Thomas and I discuss how modern society has turned fatigue into a badge of honor and how this mindset is slowly destroying us. He explains how poor sleep affects decision-making, energy, and emotional control, drawing from his experience in special operations where sleep deprivation was used as a weapon.
