Hello and welcome to F*ck Your Health, the show that advocates to end health related stigmas by engaging in conversation and call to action. Join me, Savannah, as I describe what's going down this first season.
In this introductory episode, I will talk about what lies ahead in the first season of this podcast, my background, topics up for discussion, and why I'm even here.
This podcast takes you through the journey of understanding different health diseases, disparities, stigmas, and misconceptions about topics that are either not talked about enough or end up being the most un-educated topics for the general population. My goal of this podcast and each episode is that you learn something new to end stigmas by creating the space in your life to listen to these topics with a learner’s mindset and embrace what you may or may not think you know.
