We talk a lot on this podcast about how you can improve your health by changing what you eat, by eliminating sugar and processed crap, and getting more protein and healthy fat.

And that’s pretty huge.

But one thing we don’t always talk about is all those other toxins that are finding their way into your system from sources OTHER than food.
