Part 1 of 4 of the 20Talk 20Hours of Silence Challenge.
The following episodes are collated excerpts of my journal and remembrance from my experience of the 20Hours of Silence Challenge, where 20 participants gathered together in a huge warehouse in Fremantle, Western Australia in seperate 2x2m squares on the ground with nothing but a journal, a small mattress and a journal in total silence to raise funds the mental health charity 20Talk.
Follow along with my experience through insights, reflections and memories of what was a harsh and challenging, but ultimately rewarding experience.
