In this episode, I encourage you to slow down and tune in to see what's happening with you. The libation of the month is a new one for me and very tasty. Spoiler alert--you need bourbon! I rant about food, chefs, cooking, and tricky food packaging and prices! Finally, I wrap up with a Q&A that just might hit home, if you haven't been feeling like laughing much lately.
Laughing Matters is published at the end of each month. It's the end-of-the-month highlights and includes four segments: celebrations, libation of the month, rants, and questions and answers. Celebrations are about intentionally forming a habit of noticing and acknowledging the good in you, in your life, and in your sphere of influence. The libation of the month is based on whatever I fancy or feel inspired by at the time. I share step-by-step instructions and you can mix right along with me. Rants are about anything I find funny and want to share. Then, I wrap up by answering questions received from listeners throughout the month.

Blackberry Bourbon Smash

- 4 - 5 Blackberries
- 4 - 5 Mint Leaves
- .5 oz Lime Juice (juice of half a lime)
- .5 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 oz Bourbon
- Top with Club Soda
- Serve in a Highball
- Garnish with Lime and Mint
- Add a fancy straw of course!
