A lot of times when we think about forgiveness, we think about forgiving someone else. But, how often do we actually think about forgiving ourselves? In this Episode, Dr. Peggie Kirkland shares the importance of being able to forgive yourself. According to health experts, self- forgiveness is essential to your physical and psychological well being. In fact, some psychologists say that self-forgiveness has been linked to lowering your risk of heart attack...reducing stress, depression and anxiety.
