Brandy had been told for many years she wasn’t good enough and she had developed the mentally that she should be “less emotional”, “less angry”, “less …”, “less ..” etc and she really doubted who she was. She blamed others for the way things were.
Brandy decided to invest in herself and invest in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) with Laura Evans so she could “fix” herself. Brandy says her NLP Practitioner course “changed my life”. She has a mindset hack that helps her let things go as they happen now and move forward - listen to the podcast to learn what this is so you can do it too!
