Sue Morgan is a Director of Vantage Performance who specialises in executive coaching; working with boards, CEOs and business owners. Sue says it takes a big ego to believe that you can’t benefit from having your way of thinking challenged: the key is to ensure that your mentor is able to test your approach and act as an effective sounding board. It should not be just a cosy chat over a cup of coffee once in a while.
