In this week’s episode of Men’s Power Connect, Myron, Osei and Carlos continue their discussion on the Coaching stage. In this week’s episode, the fellas discussed the significance of allowing our sons to get comfortable being in the driver’s seat in their decision-making for their lives, as we guide them in their choices in this phase of interdependence. The coaching stage begins during the beginning of your child’s high school years through early adulthood.

In this stage, your child will be learning through interdependency and growing through exercises and developing rhythms of consistency and discipline. The supporting scripture is proverbs 5:1-2.
