Is the sophisticated sexiness of French Pressed coffee worth the alleged risk of negatively impacting cholesterol levels? This real health conversation was inspired by an article in the Huffington Post that very loosely links the two by inconclusive results from a weak study.

In this episode you’ll hear about why cholesterol is important and why we may not always have to be so concerned with lowering it. Cholesterol is necessary for healing and protection and not necessarily the bad guy it is made out to be.
