Unpopular opinion......coffee may not be helping you in any way.

I know I know, you love your coffee and believe me so do I. However, if you struggle with fatigue and having the energy you need to get through your day, your coffee may not be helping you at all and could be making things worse.

Today, I'm talking about coffee, my experiences, and what I discovered I personally need to do right now. I hope this encourages and motivates you.
