This is Part One of a two-part series where Frankie introduces the Eight Limbs of Yoga, revealing the depth and richness of this ancient practice. Many people, including yoga students, may not realize that asanas, or poses, are just one part of this comprehensive system.

Frankie explores the Eight Limbs using two vivid images: the limbs of a tree and the petals of a flower, illustrating how each aspect is interconnected rather than linear. She explains how these limbs can be seen as a circle of practices that nourish and support each other.
