There's a court case pushing back against the FCC dropping a popular rule against robocalls. The former director of a rural broadband plan speaks out against satellite solutions, while the EU looks to replace Starlink in Ukraine. Meta has succeeded in halting the promotion of a book written by a former employee, but that seems to be more advertising FOR the book. A court case sets precedent that AI generated content can not claim fair use if the AI is trained on conpyrighted material. Google showed off the Play Games on PC at GDC, and there's more rumbling AGAIN about a desktop mode coming to Android 16, or 17, or maybe 18...
