Sara Beth learned that first hand.
A decorated Team USA weightlifter and a decorated CrossFit athlete, her pregnancies have been nothing but simple.
Between a serious back injury with her first, and placenta previa, bleeding and bed rest with her second, she talks about how her journey with fitness, with God and with advocacy has helped her through pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood!
