I am encouraging you to be open to listening to feedback when it comes your way, then evaluate it and then make a decision if you want to apply it.

You might receive 5-10 pieces of feedback over the next 2-3 months, but one might be career or life changing, so be open minded enough to receive it. That one gem might make the difference for you.
