Stuart Deadman is an entrepreneur who owns Bespoke Norfolk Group, a fast-growing construction company who specialise in higher end new homes, renovations and extensions. He has a large personal portfolio of buy-to-let property and has multiple investments in the children’s entertainment sector, however life has not always been easy for him.

Having lost his brother in a terrible accident, at around the time his mother was diagnosed with cancer, Stuart has had to fight his way through life to keep his active brain moving forwards.

In 2020, through the challenges from Covid and the construction industry, Stuart’s business closed down and he hit rock bottom.

Over the past few years, Stuart has re-built from the ashes, putting rights to some wrongs, opening up about his mental challenges and has re-grown Bespoke Norfolk into a high-performing company delivering exceptional results for its clients.

They are on course to hit a record breaking 8 figures in turnover for 2024, and he shares some crazy goals that most people would feel uncomfortable saying out loud.

We talk about his miracle mornings, his unique method in recording his weekly habits, his views around building high-performing team cultures and he really opens up about how he manages his demons, something men simply don’t talk enough about.
