Today we’re learning from Dave Ferguson. Dave worked for 25 years in the civil service and has recently founded of the Integrated Martial Arts (IMA) Method, the only martial arts program designed exclusively for middle aged men's needs.
Expect to find out what Dave has learnt from over 40 years being involved with martial arts, why he decided to focus specifically on middle-aged men when creating the IMA method and how traumatic experiences have helped shape who Dave is today.
