Michael is a very skill musician and teacher and has learned how mindful movement can make a difference in health and well-being.
Michael teaches conscious movement (Feldenkrais) and helps his clients (typically 50+) to create a healthy habit of physical activity. In his online courses he uses movement to create a learning space where his students challenge their brains and bodies, become less stiff and sore and more mobile and nimble. They learn how to sustain a short daily movement practice that is a life-changer for many of them.

Michael's teachings mingles science and practice and uses movement as a doorway to holistic well-being and personal growth.

His speaking appearances are practical and inspiring, and leave the audience with some tools to start using movement to improve their lives.
