Do you know what a leader's greatest challenge today is ? It's the quick execution of ideas . Given the demanding nature of the business environment today and the uncertainty we are facing due to the pandemic, everyone is asking the question- ‘how can we get more done in less time?’ The pressure to deliver more in less time is on each person- from individual contributors to CEO’s.
