Do you ever get stuck in a rut? You know the ones…the “ruts” where you feel tired or sluggish and lack all motivation? These ruts can be caused by a variety of things! Piling on too many responsibilities, being overwhelmed in a messy home, a crazy-packed schedule, or even health related issues. No matter what you might be dealing with, there are ways we can shift our days and our mindsets to help us get things done, even on those tough days when we don’t have any energy left.
Today I am sharing seven things I use to help me get motivated when I personally am feeling tired or sluggish and I hope they help!
