On this episode, I’m chatting with breathwork coach and founder of The Breath Space, Jamie Clements.

Having discovered breathwork four years ago, the practice had a profound impact on him. Jamie found that significantly improved his physical and mental well-being, and helped him move through severe anxiety and panic attacks.

He truly believes that breathwork is the most universal, powerful and accessible tool to change our bodies and minds and live healthier, happier lives. Having now trained in different modalities of breathwork, he believes in teaching across the full spectrum; including functional breathing, performance breathing, nervous system regulation and deep healing modalities of breath.

Jamie started The Breath Space as an accessible way for anyone to experience this blossoming area of healing and personal growth and his goal is to provide you with the tools to work it into your daily life, as well as create an environment to go deeper and understand new elements of yourself.
