In this episode, I'll be chatting with Paul Weeden, a skilled counsellor, cognitive behavioural therapist and coach.


He believes in integrating a variety of theoretical frameworks and theories to provide clients with a holistic understanding of good mental health and well-being from different perspectives.


Paul helps individuals change physical behaviours, addictions, and habits, with his specialisation being in treating anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem.


He employs a psychological and emotional framework inspired by ancient teachings like Buddhism and Stoicism, providing clients with useful tools to use in their everyday lives. Paul is committed to improving mental health awareness and self-development, and he has developed a framework called 'The 8 Pillars'.
