The first thing you feel when you meet my guest in Episode 11 is HOPE. He'll tell you, and he believes it:

Dr. Ryan Pilsner is a beautiful human being whose WHY shows in everything he does. He partners with people of all ages, walks, ailments, accidents, and predicaments, in expressing their potential by aligning with their body's innate intelligence. I met him many months ago, referred by my dentist for lock jaw and, well, my dentist seemed to know I needed the help.
As a human, Dr. Ryan is fully committed to the health and hope of his community. As a chiropractor, he thinks out loud with me about the Wellness-Illness Continuum, the ties between the mental and physical realms, and the mission to flip the script on how we think about our beautiful selves.
The concept of self, work on the SELF, self-awareness, self-management…all of the SELF starts within - our bodies, our minds, our energy, our spirit. We are actually in the very beginning stages of understanding just how intricately linked and complex and BADASS the SELF is in mental, emotional and physical forms. It’s fascinating, just how powerful we as humans are, if we take the time to consider it all.
What a world we’d be if we learned how to tap into our own PERFECTLY UNIQUE CRAZY BEAUTIFUL COMPLEX MAGNIFICENT COLORFUL WONDERFUL SELVES!
