In this episode we have the lovely Betsy Hoyt who is a certified personal trainer as well as a hormone and nutrition coach who’s worked in the wellness industry for almost 20 years. This lifelong Catholic and “retired” homeschool mom, with more than 20 certifications including FEMM Educator and Pietra Fitness PRO Instructor to name a few, has worked with women of all ages throughout the U.S. revealing true, sustainable wellness in realistic ways through her Integrated Catholic Woman practice. Betsy and her husband, Craig, have two adult sons, and live in Huntersville, N.C.
