Dr. Poorvi Shah is an integrative medicine physician, speaker and author of Stress Tools: An 8 Week Guide to Relieve Stress and Regain Resilience.

Dr. Shah also founded Peace and Good Health, a company dedicated to helping individuals and companies manage stress and burnout through mind-body medicine.

She runs her own private practice in the Washington DC suburbs.
