The heat is back but the stress never left and it’s a good reminder. We talk open water swim and your pace and if it’s right and if training in the pool is better than OW. Are you wiped out or just fueling poorly. What happens when you face the Training Peaks Hell Week Council? Are metrics making us lazy? Maybe you just need to open up your legs.
