Stress can manifest in different ways including poor sleep, weight gain, poor food choices, and lack of productivity. People may find themselves procrastinating and easily distracted, moody and irritable, and low in energy with short attention spans. It is important to be aware of these symptoms and understand that if you are feeling anxious or stressed, it's simply a trigger that needs to be intercepted quickly in order to pivot and take action.
