I talk about how you can reclaim your energy, inspiration, and power! listen along to hear techniques to stay present, the benefits of meditation, some ways you can raise your vibrations / spirit, etc. this is deff an episode I needed for myself and you'll hear about how I need to make certain changes in my life to get back on track!
