Is there a way to indulge and really let go with those things that we can hyperfocus on without losing ourselves to the negative consequences that usually hit us? When the tsunami of things we forgot to do because we were so immersed in our hyperfocus...the shame spiral! Oh the shame spiral!!
I have some thoughts on that.
