We often use our body to store painful thoughts, emotions, habits, and tensions. Our body can reflect this burden with shutting down blocking your full awakening and expressive flow in the universe. This clamping down on our body can cause high blood pressure and various other health issues. In this podcast we practice 3 different body-oriented meditations to release and cleanse the body and its posture of holding these old troubles. First is a release through tension, second is toning, third is placing a smile energy in each body part internally.
These podcasts are here to support your personal path of awakening whatever that might be. I feel they are most powerful when listened to in sequence from podcast one forward because each is built on the last. Though they, also, all stand on their own.
