Dr. Cate Shanahan’s groundbreaking work has inspired entire movements involving bone broth, live culture ferments, and seed-oil-free business empires. In this episode, I welcome Dr. Cate back on the podcast to chat about the latest research in her new book, Dark Calories: How Vegetable Oils Destroy Our Health and How We Can Get It Back.
