We are so excited to share this week’s episode, "Starting The Conversation: Blended Families & The Church", with Scott and Vanessa Martindale. Scott and Vanessa founded Blended Kingdom Families in 2020 with a God-given desire to encourage and equip remarried couples, blended families, and local churches across the nation.
Since both Scott and Vanessa grew up in blended families, they know firsthand the joys and difficulties that can come along with blending a family. As a Christian Licensed Professional Counselor, Scott Martindale specializes in counseling blended pre-marriage couples, marriage, and families with over 15 years of experience. Scott’s heart is to partner with couples as they navigate the beautiful processes of marriage and blending families with Kingdom foundations. Vanessa Martindale is a wife, mother, registered nurse, and current graduate student at The King’s University in pursuit of a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy. The Martindales have been married for over 7 years and enjoy their blended family of four boys and three golden retrievers.
