Lisa McCourt has literally made a career out of helping people find joy!
She’s the Host of
Do Joy! Podcast, founder of the online Joy School, and celebrated author of over 40 books about joy and love. And she‘s here to help us illuminate the path to cultivating authentic joy in our lives.

Lisa says joy is what we are made of--our soul’s essence. But past trauma, wounds, neglect, and not feeling good enough can block us from receiving and feeling joy. We shove and stuff down difficult emotions, which means they stay within our energy field.
