Madeleine (aka Maddy) is a Holistic Health & Nutrition Coach, a Pilates Trainer and a Yoga Teacher with over 15 years of experience in the wellness industry. Maddy has always been passionate about food & fitness but this passion became somewhat an obsession in her late teens and early twenties when she developed an eating disorder and orthorexia. Years of over-exercising and disordered eating finally led to injury and illness and made her hit the rock bottom she needed to re-assess her approach.
Today she empowers others to heal their body, their mind & their relationship through a combination of Pilates, Yoga, Mindfulness & Self Love practices. lives in Costa Rica where she hosts retreats coaches, and clients, from all over the World and creates content for her online program.
Kate is the author of Bulimia Sucks! It is an inspiring, practical book written to empower people to break through the barriers stopping them from taking that first step to freedom from bulimia. With astounding new approaches and techniques, to learn how to reprogram their mind to freedom.
