Last week we talked about Beliefs. This week we going to talk about Limiting beliefs and fear.
Limiting beliefs are often just the stories or meanings we give to events in our life. Limiting beliefs keep us stuck and prevents us from seeing the infinite possibilities of creating a vibrant and meaningful life. The foundation of limiting beliefs is usually Fear.
Fear can keep us from learning a new skill because you think it would be too difficult to grasp. It can keep us from having a vibrant social life we desire because we don’t want to feel awkward in social situations. Fear can keep us from meeting challenges or taking opportunities that seem too daunting and overwhelming.
