It's November and we are talking about gratitude.
Gratitude for all that we have and for all that we are. All that we bring to the world as we show our authentic self and engage with compassion and love. Being grateful to yourself and for yourself starts with self-compassion. Self-compassion and learning to thank yourself for all that you are, all that you have been through, all the choices you have made, everything that has brought you to where you are today. As we learn to practice self-compassion we become inner allies instead of inner enemies with ourselves.
