In this episode, we dive into how many of us approach food with a "survival mode" mindset—our brain's default setting from more primitive times. But we no longer need to just survive. We can thrive, and our food choices play a key role in that.

As a nutritionist and coach, I introduce the Fast Fuel Formula, a practical framework for daily nutrition. The Fast Fuel Formula is built on three essential pillars:

  1. Choosing whole foods over processed foods
  2. Creating a structured eating and fasting window
  3. Planning meals ahead of time
