Welcome to the second season of GUTS!
In episode 1, we'll be tackling Being in the Moment & Diminishing Anxiety.
WORKSHOP OVERVIEW:
What if we approached our anxious thoughts differently?
Join me for a thought-provoking conversation that focuses on improving mental health by digging into the connection between mindfulness, meditation, self-care and relationships — including the relationship we have with ourselves.
You’ll leave this workshop with a better understanding of core concepts like acceptance, resistance and fear and learn best practices to help lower anxiety through awareness, consciousness and the “Yes, And” philosophy.
This workshop was originally presented at DreamBank in Madison, WI.

Michael Stone: mindfulness an Buddhist practices, although you don't have to practice Buddhism to benefit from the work
