Kelly Campbell does some important work in leadership coaching when helping leaders deal with past trauma that may be hampering their organization in some way. This could be from someone being a people pleaser, a people controller, or some combination. Regardless, trauma that impacts our ability to lead effectively will keep us from being optimal leaders in our companies and teams.
