The act of letting go of someone or something might be the hardest thing we ever do. But have you ever considered that experiencing more joy could come from freeing your heart? Humans are interesting because somewhere we decide what we want must be what’s best for us, often without consulting our inner wisdom. This can create imbalance, and unreal expectations, blocking our prosperity.

Too often we hold on to something because it’s too painful to let go. Or we don’t know how to let go. This unconsciously limits our freedom to live our lives fully.
It’s time to master the art of letting go and transitioning into gratitude. In this episode, we delve into the power of releasing and uncovering barriers to strengthen the heart. To move into gratitude after loss, and to reconnect with Joy.
