Welcome back to our first episode of 2024! Today we are chatting with our first transatlantic guest, Texas-based creative author and body positivity advocate Jesica Medellin. Jesica is the author of the beautiful anthology First Moon Manual: Letters to Our Daughters which is aimed at young women starting their menstrual cycles and those who love and support them. As mums of girls that age ourselves we loved this chat but there is so much in Jesica's work which is of interest to anyone who experiences menstruation or who is navigating any hormonal shifts such as post-natal symptoms or menopause.
