It’s 2024 y’all. You don’t need to be using the same diet approach as Arnold Schwarzenegger back in 85.

Coaches who teach old school body building nutrition, lack knowledge about new, science proven nutrition.

This doesn’t make them a bad coach; it’s all they know & they don’t want to learn new ways. That’s okay. There will always be clients who also don’t want to learn* new ways.

Clients who need basic, bland, boring meal plans to prep because they either…

1️⃣ Don’t have the discipline to use flexible dieting.

2️⃣ Don’t have the self trust to try flexible dieting.

3️⃣ Don’t believe they can reach their goals using flexible dieting.

4️⃣ Don’t have the knowledge to apply flexible dieting.

The longer we go without teaching & applying new science to the bikini world. The shorter time frame this sport will have because it’s simply not healthy or sustainable.

If women knew they could compete for the rest of their lives using a flexible approach to diet & exercise. Without destroying their metabolic & hormonal health. While improving her relationship with food, the scale & themselves; improving their mental health.

We would have new woman entering this sport every single day. Who all have the same exact goals; look better so they feel better, think better, be better & live better. For their current self, future self & past self.

Women just don’t know it can be done better, easier & healthier. They don’t know they can achieve Whole Body Health while* achieving a physique far beyond “athletic”.
